We offer exchanges or refunds on any product that is Defective, within the 30 day manufacturers warranty. In order for a product to be deemed defective, you will need to contact us to get authorization for the unit to be sent back and tested by one of our techs. We offer FREE technical support on any product that we carry. Please contact us @ 1-800-403-9921 or sales@spyshopsusa.com during regular business hours; Mon and Wed 10am-6pm, Tues, Thurs, Fri 10am-9pm, Sat 10am-6pm, and Sun 12pm to 5pm all times are EST. We will be more than willing to help you with any issues you may have with any of our products. If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone or via email then you can send the unit back to the store for one of our techs to test. 

Please Note: Any product that is sent back without authorization or found not to be defective is subject to a $15.00 fee plus any return shipping costs.
