be deemed defective, you will need to contact us to get authorization
for the unit to be sent back and tested by one of our techs. We offer

the issue over the phone or via email then you can send the unit back
to the store for one of our techs to test.
Note: Any product that is sent back without authorization or found not to be defective is subject to a $15.00 fee plus any return
